I’ve often been surprised and impressed by the things that people have going on behind the scenes. Say, someone’s been working on a book, and no one knows, and all of a sudden POOF. And then you understand why they never seemed to want to get together for drinks.
And now it’s my turn! I’m happy to say that Christie Wilcox, Jason Goldman and I are in the midst of pulling together the Complete Guide to Science Blogging! With the aid of 25 amazing chapter authors, we are working to help everyone get their start communicating science on the internet! The book is to be published by Yale University Press, and we are grateful to them, the National Association of Science Writers, and the Sloan Foundation for their funding and support to make this project happen!
We are currently getting an official website set up, but in the meantime, check out (and Like!) our Facebook Page for updates on the book and all the chapter authors! We are so excited to be working with all of them!
