There will be no Friday Weird Science today (though I’ve got a COOL one for next week!) because Sci will be traveling to Science Online 2010! She’s totally excited to be going this year, as there are lots of cool sessions and lots of cool people who will be attending.
Unfortunately, Sci has also contracted a cold of rather titanic proportions (this may or may not be due to the crazy amounts of work involved in Open Lab, and other personal shenanigans which result in little sleep and stress to the immune system). So everyone who sees her at SciOnline, please be assured she is washing her hands frequently, will be carrying hand sanitizer, and will endeavor not to sneeze on you. She is determined not to let this cold get her down, and to that end, will be loading up on some truly insane levels of Dayquil. She will totally be ready to MOVE IT!
